Strathfield played host to Woolooware who proved to be far too good on the day winning 5 of the seven matches with Damien performing well again in his first season stepping in as reserve and squaring his match. Paul Lee played brilliant golf birdying the 13th hole for a half to win his match 6&5. Lucas Daher playing at number 2 once again proved too strong for his determined opponent who pitched in on the 17th hole for a miraculous win, taking the match to the 18th hole. Lucas hit his greenside bunker shot to less than an inch running it across the edge of the hole with a par under pressure good enough to win the match 1 up.
