Greens
The greens renovation went well, I can confirm that they are all in good health, all things being equal the greens will be cut Monday 24 March at 4mm gradually getting them back to their best cut at 3mm over a 4-week cycle.
For your information the graph below shows the average green speed over the past 7 months. Average: 11.01

The irrigation contractors are expected to complete their scope of work by Easter, with the drainage contractors making strong progress. Below is the rainfall chart for 2023, 2024, and 2025, which highlights the significantly wet months of February, April, May, and June in the previous year. These months had a notable impact on course playability. The ongoing drainage improvements will enhance the course’s ability to recover from wet weather events and maintain quality playing surfaces post wet weather.

Members support of the ‘BLUE LINE‘ policy is appreciated to ensure the collars around the greens maintain good health and full coverage particularly heading toward the cooler months and less growth.

It would also be appreciated if members would refrain from taking their buggies onto or across the Tee Boxes.
